Philadelphia Eagles standout WR DeSean Jackson being injured in training camp is the last thing any fan wants to hear, and when I read Philly.com Jeff McLane’s article I nearly did a double take hoping the news wasn’t true. Unfortunately folks, it is. According to Jeff, Jackson landed “awkwardly” during a seven on seven drill which did not include padsso it was to be a no contact play.

The Eagles’ leading receiver caught a pass Saturday and stumbled to the ground, then needed help to the sidelines. Moments later, a cart came and took him to the workout facility.
