The Hit on DeSean Jackson Philadelphia Eagles receiver DeSean Jackson suffered a “serious concussion” Sunday after being hit by Atlanta Falcons cornerback Dunta Robinson. Jackson was motionless, flat on the turf. Robinson was just as immobile next to the injured receiver.

It was going to be a tough go for the 3-2 Philadelphia Eagles , facing the 4-1 Atlanta Falcons (recognized by many as the NFC’s best team) without quarterback Michael Vick and receiver DeSean Jackson . Vick never made it onto the field with his ongoing rib injury, and Jackson was lost for the game after a brutal collision with Falcons cornerback Dunta Robinson . Still, the Eagles had quarterback …
